A fantastic haircut for my little girl. Louise made her feel welcome and safe. She listened to what my daughter wanted and adapted the ideas she had to suit her perfectly. She explained the tools she was using and answered ALL of the questions my daughter had. A thoroughly enjoyable experience for my daughter, thank you.
