I was desperate to have my hair washed (due to having surgery on my hand was unable to) and wanted a cut if possible also. Called to see if they had any cancellations. Kerry took my number and called me the next day with an appointment (due to a cancellation) the same day. She gave my hair a good scrub and managed to fit me in for a cut too. She even plaited my hair for me as I was unable to put it up myself. Very happy with my cut and my plait lasted a good few days! Thank you so much Kerry!
