Absolutely terrible experience. I traveled over two hours for my appointment, only to be turned away with zero understanding or flexibility. Parking is a nightmare, the salon is tiny, and the staff refused a refund or any solution. It’s not like I didn’t show up—I made the effort. Completely dismissive, unprofessional, and rude. Avoid this place at all costs, especially if you’re driving. Total waste of time and money.

Absolutely disgusted with the service provided by million dollar look, I am 5 months pregnant and the therapist refused to give refund even though I had requested this within 72 hours , based on me being pregnant it was unsafe
