A lovely French lady who cut my hair, was very attentive, gave me great advice on how to look after my hair. Very pleased with the cut and the overall visit

Appalling. I was a regular here but there are new staff now. Woman didn’t listen to my simple request of 1inch of main length and a basic trim of the layers. I walked in with long, flowing hair. I walked out with ‘Rachel from Friends circa 1996’. Jenifer Anniston has never ever gone back there! But, it’s December 2018 and now i will have to wear my hair up every day - throughout Christmas Party season- until the random chin length circle of hair as a layer grows to a decent length. NEVER have I experienced such incompetence. The other staff blamed it on language issues, I think it was sheer idoliocy.
