Tried this salon for the first time to get my blonde highlights done following the positive reviews. I had the same great experience. All the keys things you want were met - experience, close to the root, no hair pulling, correct treatment/ conditioner so my hair didn’t end up stuck together following the bleach (I’ve had someone before dry my hair when still wet as they stated it would be easier to comb; I can tell you 100% that it’s not and she pulled all my hair out). Anyway would definitely recommend. The visual of the salon doesn’t do the quality justice. I have to say the interior slightly put me off when I arrived but I’m glad I stayed! I think my colourist/ stylist was called Serena so ask for her.
