Selena was great, had a great experience and really satisfied with my colour. I was slightly overcharged however.. it was meant to be £72 + £15 for toner, and £39.40 for a serum but I got charged £139.90 so just warning! (I really don’t think the serum cost £52.90, I have bought it before)

Competent but overworked staff. Good result. They charge an additional £15 for toner, not advertised in the price of highlights.

This was my first LVL and it was much better than expected. Lorena was extremely attentive and made sure I was comfortable from the moment she met me until I left. She explained the procedure and was very gentle and meticulous. We had a very nice conversation and my lashes look great!
