Whilst I normally enjoy coming here, I noticed the root shade did not 100% match the rest of my hair this time I’m not really sure what happened there as it has been fine before. I had dye stains all down the side of my face though, which while I’m aware this happens no one had said anything and had tried to shampoo my hair and scrub the sides about 5 times. I would have appreciated it more if they had just told me that there were dye stains rather than try to hide it :/

My experience at Millimetre Salon was great, the customer service was excellent and Serena understood exactly what I wanted. It's not very easy to please me when it comes to hair but I must say I was really surprised. I definitely recommend it! You guys just gained a customer!

Lovely nail technician however the painting wasn’t as good as I expected for gel nails as it was rather blotchy
