Had an lovely last minute appointment. Booked it on the day. I arrived early and they didn't keep me waiting. We chatted about what I wanted and the hair stylist was lovely. I asked for a bespoke hair dry as I was interested in seeing another way to see my hair styled and I loved the wavey effect she did for me. Lovely staff who welcomed me. Only con was - it would have been nice to have been offered a cup of tea.
