I have had a blow dry with Alex before. It was amazing. Perhaps he was having a bad day, he seemed completely inattentive. He sectioned off my hair to cut it. I explained I was in for a blow dry. My blow dry was completely flat. We all have our bad days. However, I was attending a wedding so didn't have the perfect blow dry I was expecting.

Hair stylist was very inexperienced, didn't change my haircut at all. Salon was clean, staff seemed a bit dead.
