I booked my treatment the day before and received a confirmation email and even a reminder message the following day. However I was then later contacted to say they had no available appointments and could not offer me anything till the following day. I was travelling to the salon when I contacted them and was told this. I am not sure if this is the salons fault or treatwell.com, however I was extremely disappointed as I was flying abroad a few days later.
I had a wash cut and blow dry, which I've had before there. The staff were really nice and my hair looked really good after. My hair is still really healthy after this cut.
