First time going there for wash cut and blow dry was expecting a much more experienced staff who can advise better on new style and etc. Not sure why but I found staff morale really down too

This was my second wax here and the staff are absolutely lovely! The lady who did my wax is very nice and always asks how it is going, offers to stop or reduce the wax temperature if it’s too hot and explains the whole process. I definitely recommend this place - clean, friendly and virtually painless.
