I have been visiting the hair salon for quite a while. The staff has changed and I haven't been very happy with the result the last couple of times.

Very good service. Lovely, professional beautician
Nice salon and the staff seemed friendly. Having pre paid £40 on Treatwell for a wash, haircut and bespoke blow dry, on arrival I then was sat down for a consultation about what I may want. The man suggested I also have a deep conditioning treatment which he sold to me as a semi permanent colour conditioning treatment. This took the price up to £70 so I was expecting a good result! The hair cut felt rushed and mediocre, the blow dry was not the best so he finished it off with hair tongs instead. And as for the supposedly miraculous conditioning/colour boosting treatment I was very disappointed - I could see no difference at all! And as soon as I'd washed my hair even once it felt no different (in theory whatever it was was supposed to last for 15 washes). So although the end result looked ok, I felt like I should be getting something pretty special for £70. I have never paid that much for simply a haircut, and I won't be doing so again!

This was one of the best waxes I've ever had! Vali was extremely friendly and professional and it was no where near as painful as what I usually experience. 100% recommended.
I booked only to be called and asked to change the time to an hour earlier. I agreed, then received a missed call and a voicemail the next day asking me to call back, I called and no one knew why I was calling, then I was told there might be a double booking then informed I could keep my appointment(pretty rude). I turned up at the new time they had asked only to find I had to wait a further 20 mins to be seen, I was told o could have a free refreshment I was confused about why they charge for things like water,I've never been in a salon where I've been up sold adrink, it's usually just part of the service and needn't even be a fancy brand!so I'm now being kept waiting even though they asked me to come earlier, the beauty assistant came over and tried to sell me several expensive products and services that I had no interest in, finally the hairdresser came over to me and asked me to stand up and said he would only cut the bottom of my hair at the back I said no I want an inch off all over , his English wasn't amazing and I'm sure he did not understand and making me stand up and parade around with a mirror for him to show me my own hair was unnecessary and embarrassing he then asked her to wash my hair, which she did, that was fine, but I was then kept waiting a further 10 minutes shivering with wet hair waiting for the hairdresser to finish his client and come to me, my hair was then cut (poorly- I have since had to book an appointment elsewhere as he barely touched the front or sides and it looked like my hair wasn't cut at all) and blow dried my hair, he rushed the blow dry because it was too busy for him and he was behind due to a sick member of staff, I felt rushed and not taken care of, also when my hair was washed I could see full size flies stuck in the light fitting above my head, really unpleasant, in fact all their light fittings are full of tiny flies and some normal size flies. Not hygienic, the receptionist was busy having her nails manicured by the bored and client less beautician, a really bad experience, don't go there! There are too many salons to go somewhere where they are that disorganised, mess you around with the booking, charge you for water or a tea, no little head massage on the hair wash, bad hair cut, rushed and staff grooming themselves whilst you get whisked in and out with a below par service.
