From the moment I arrived I was greeted with a smile and warm welcome. Everyone was very friendly, the salon was spotless, the stylist introduced herself by name and told me about all the products she was going to use. My stylist took her time and understood what kind of blowdry I was after taking into account my hair type too! We were chatting away the whole time and was very down to earth which is always nice. I’ve given the blowdry 4 stars as although it looked amazing when I left, it didn’t last more than a couple of hours. However I’m sure if I communicated this to my stylist in future she’d make sure this wasn’t the case again ☺️

Pedicure could have been a bit better in terms of removing hard skin but apart from that everything was good.
