Millie was great - she asked if I had any specific concerns before the massage and so helped me with particular tension around my neck and shoulders. It was a good blend of firm (ironing out those knots) and relaxing. The table was really comfortable, and the room was nice and warm. I would definitely recommend!

Millie was very friendly and an excellent therapist. I had a strain at my shoulder and following of from the massage I felt so much better and it had a long lasting effect. No more pain in that area. Thank you Millie
