I asked the gentleman to shape my nails, I showed him a photo for reference, which he chose to ignore. I ask told him that I asked for my nails not to be too narrow but was left with spikes on my fingers and I had to pay for that. All he said was sorry we can take them off and start again but I’d already been in there over one hour. So when it says 45 minutes to 1hour expect to be in there for 3 hours. I had to shape and apply gel myself at home which was fine but I’m intended to pay to relax.
