I arrived early for my appointment and it was busy so understandably I waited for my appointment. 25 minutes past my original appointment time I was still waiting. I was sent to the partner shop next door as I was told they would fit me in. When I went next door he told me it would be another 25 minutes wait meaning I would be having my nails done 50 minutes later than I booked. By this time it was too late for me to go elsewhere as shops were closing, I will not be returning to this salon.
