I've had a pedicure and manicure—both gel. While the pedicure was pretty good, I was a bit shocked by the manicure. They don't work on cuticula at all, just quick machine polish and then covering the gel.

Great work, but the detail on French tips looks rushed and uneven on every nail. I asked for changes to the style but wasn't told until the end that it would cost extra. Not professional.
