I had a terrible experience ,the male nail technician ripped a big chunk of skin and tissue from my big toe,I was in extreme pain , bleeding and he proceeded with treatment as if nothing had happened until I complained to the Nail salon manager .

I’ve been coming to this nail shop for a while and usually leave happy, but unfortunately, this time was really disappointing. My nails were done far too thick and wide they looked bulky and nothing like what I asked for. I politely asked for them to be fixed, but instead of correcting them, the nail tech seemed frustrated and dismissive. It made me feel uncomfortable, and in the end, the issue wasn’t resolved. I’m really disappointed because I’ve always been a loyal client.
