My nail technician was average. They weren't as attentive as they could have been and did a rushed job. The colour wasn't exactly what I wanted and they painted it too far from the cuticle so they've grown out after a week. I probably will not go back for a next appointment

I arrived having prepaid for 6pm . It was extremely busy and was told if I could come another time. I explained I had already prepaid. I think they are not managing their booking system efficiently and accept too many walk ins that they can comfortably manage. I had to wait 45 mins, that being said the nails were done nicely.
