Really disappointing and won’t be coming back. There’s no need to ask a customer ‘have you been cutting your fringe yourself?’ I hadn’t been, so was left feeling like I just looked awful. Then also asked more than once ‘what is in your hair?’ when it is freshly washed and clean. Quite insulting to be told your freshly washed hair is greasy and your fringe is so bad it looks like I’ve cut you’ve cut it yourself. Rude staff and not worth £8 for the insults all within a 5 minute job.

Had amazing cut and blow dry from Milena. She was so friendly and welcoming from the get go, she spoke me through everything and gave me some freebies as it was my first visit.
I have really struggled to find a good hair cut for a good price in London and this was such a good find. I’m absolutely going to go back here for another cut and colour. Thanks Milena!!
