First time at Milano's, I'd heard so much about the Salon by friends of mine so I decided to try it! Well all I can say is that I was delighted by how welcoming & friendly Steph (my stylist) was. I came out of the Salon over the moon of my cut & colour.

Absolutely shocking, I came in for a cut and blow dry, had image of the style, came out looking no different, was just a trim, nothing like the image I had shown the stylist, all uneven , stylist was in too much of a hurry for a early finish.. I won’t be returning, booked elsewhere to get it done properly !

The staff were brilliant, very warm and friendly. They even made time to give my young daughter a quick haircut even though she didn't have an appointment.
