I was disappointed with this service compared to my last visit. The Shellac manicure was completed very quickly, in about 20 minutes, which did not seem sufficient for a thorough and careful treatment. In addition, most of the nail filing and cuticle cleaning was done using an electric drill with very little manual work. The final result is acceptable but the overall experience felt rushed rather than meticulous and professional.
