This salon is so well set up for giving all the right things for a relaxing treat. The staff are delightful and it feels like no corners are cut. I’m quite shy about treatments and Sylvia was so relaxed about me removing as much clothing as I felt comfortable doing. A really lovely experience that I am looking forward to doing again and again.

I use Milan for all my beauty needs! All the staff are so welcoming and friendly, and the venue is always sparkly clean. The sunbeds are strong but have different cooling settings so you feel very comfortable. I've been going to Natalie for bikini and underarm waxes for a while and think she is superb, very professional and makes me feel so comfortable, she is so quick and it's as pain-free as a wax can be :) In the past I've had a shelac pedicure and manicure by Natalie and she did a wonderful job, very neat and the colour stayed bright for weeks. Slywia is very knowledgeable about the cosmetic procedures Milan has to offer and is so relatable, I wouldn't go anywhere else. 5 *
