Everythinv was on time, was my first wax and they made me feel really comfortable. Not awkward at all. Happy with the results. All really great. Only thing I stopping me from giving 5 stars is that I believe I booked a Brazilian and bottom wax but I only had the Brazilian done. (Partially my fault as when the tech took me into the room she said a Brazilian right? and I totally forgot about the bottom part until I got home later)! - Would put that down to booking oversight or mis-hearing the lady at reception. Would highly recommend. Just make sure you're clear on what you booked. :)

Very happy with my treatments. The salon is new and stylish. Staff are friendly and professional. Have tried lots of other places but am happiest here with the service and quality.
