Nicoletta was so lovely and approachable. She checked in regularly to make sure I was comfortable and asked lots of questions to make sure my lashes turned out how I wanted. Really exceptional service, I’ll definitely be back!
only comment is that the floor needed a clean, but appointment was towards end of the day
