i’d booked a lash lift at miele and can confirm that i had the most wonderful experience! jj is a warm host and technician, and she puts you right at ease with a bottled water and her smile. we made engaging conversation as she was working on my lashes, and it was so pleasant to find out we shared a common background. the atmosphere in the studio is very relaxing, with soft, ambient music in the background. i loved the final result and will definitely be coming back for touch-ups in the future.
