This was my first time at Miele after researching various lash places around London. Jungmee opened her studio/salon recently in March, the room was super clean and organised. She was so sweet and friendly, I really felt comfortable with her doing my lashes. She took me through different lash options and looks, ultimately went with a natural look which she did really well. Very highly recommend her! I will definitely go back.

Before moving to the UK, I had lash extensions continuously for over 3 years in Korea and after trying many salons in London, I still couldn’t find a place that truly satisfied me. But here, Jungmee designs the lashes perfectly to suit my eye shape, so they always feel super comfortable, and the results are absolutely stunning! glamorous and exactly how I want them💗 I also love that she personally sources all her materials from Korea so you can really experience authentic K-beauty here!

I am really really happy that I found Miele Beauty. My eyes are very sensitive and would often feel irritated and uncomfortable, but since receiving eyelash extension treatments from Miele, I haven't experienced any irritation or discomfort. They feel so comfortable now! It's clear that the products are of high quality.
Also, thank you for the beautiful and long-lasting gel nails!

From the moment she greeted me, she welcomed me with warmest, most radiant smile. Throughout the entire service, she was incredibly kind and easy to talk to, making the whole experience feel so comfortable. My nails were quite damaged, so I was a bit worried at first - but she took the time to explain everything with such care, even giving me thoughtful suggestions for future treatment for the future treatment tailored perfectly to my needs.
