Lovely wash and blow dry/style but cut was very rushed and has come out wonky and uneven - really disappointed as all cuts here previously have been great

Worst haircut of my life, I asked for just above shoulder medium bob with a ref photo, and got a short chin length bob. Hair at nape of my neck is 2cm Iong. Can't even put my hair in a pony tail. I've been crying for 3 days, I look like a school girl or an 80 year old. She said she'd get rid of the bulk of my very long hair, but decided to start by cutting it from the nape of my neck, without checking in on the length not even once. I hate my life now, I don't look professional, I am humiliated
