First time at this salon, very pleased with my haircut, Emily was so lovely and made sure I was happy and comfortable throughout. She also kindly offered some advice on how to maintain my hair. Service was perfect, would definitely use again.

Worst haircut of my life, I asked for just above shoulder medium bob with a ref photo, and got a short chin length bob. Hair at nape of my neck is 2cm Iong. Can't even put my hair in a pony tail. I've been crying for 3 days, I look like a school girl or an 80 year old. She said she'd get rid of the bulk of my very long hair, but decided to start by cutting it from the nape of my neck, without checking in on the length not even once. I hate my life now, I don't look professional, I am humiliated
