Visited salon today for the first time to have my hair colour before going holiday. I booked my self with Diana for Cut and Blow-dry and for colour with Michaela . I have to say that I had a fantastic experience. Best colour and best Blow dry I ever had and I have tried many salons in London. Also I had a facial. It was amassing ! The products they used are Organic. My skin feel fantastic. I can honestly say I have never seen my hair looking so beautiful and shiny. I should probably add that I'm not the easiest client to ease but I can't fault a thing. I'm very happy to finally find someone I can trust with my hair. Highly recommend this salon. Last week I had my highlights done at Michaelas Hair & Beauty. I came back yesterday and had my Hair Extensions with my new Hairdresser Mauricio. I have a very thin hair and Mauricio advised me to have the hair extensions to have more body and length! The technique he chose was the Micro-ringlets they are very small and comfortable and don't show because it blends perfect with my hair! I highly recommend to anyone Specially to people with thin hair! Cathleen

I know Michaela for a long time and I followed her everywhere to have my hair done. She is the only hairstylist that pleased me all the time, even if it was a hair cut or colouring ...Extensions or just a quick blow dry. Always been thrilled with every experience, always left happy and my hair looked amazing. Love her new and chic salon, and her friendly staff. The organic products used are amazing, the lovely smell and the way make my hair... Just wow! Already been few times and can't wait to go again... Can't stay away from that relaxing bed massage;) I will recommend to anyone the most professional and lovely team and once you will try it i'll guaranty you'll be going back!

Can only agree with the others, I had a very positive experience and also one of my best haircuts despite my hair being very thick and tricky to manage I really feel great and confident with my new haircut. Diana advised the best cut solution for my hair type and it seems to work well. She was very precise and the overall atmosphere at the salon was very relaxing. There was a problem with my voucher on my behalf but this too was resolved promptly. Definitely a place to go back to again soon!

I had my hair cut at Michaela Mitoi yesterday and I had a fantastic experience. It was my first time there and the stylist took time to go through what I wanted and I felt like she really understood what I was after. The vibrating massage chair and head massage were the best I've had in any salon and they even brought my a glass of champagne and some chocolates. I went in feeling stressed after a busy day at work and emerged feeling totally relaxed. Even though I have super thick wavy hair which takes ages to cut and style, the stylist took her time and I was the last customer there until half an hour after the salon had closed! My blow dry has lasted perfectly the day after. I couldn't be happier with the service and I will be going back soon.
