Emma, my stylist, was great from start to finish. Very welcoming and knew exactly what I wanted for my style after I explained it. Made sure I was OK throughout the process, talking me through what was happening at each stage and she built a good rapport with ne. She was very friendly, as were all the staff, and so professional making sure I was comfortable at all times. One of the best cut and blow drys I've had.

Toner was the desired colour however parts of balayage looked block like not gradual. The overall cut was uneven and didnt quite achieve the explained hairstyle. Could have made more small talk although i like it minimal so not bad for myself however others would prefer more conversation.

Quite honestly I've just had he best cut I've had in ages ! The stylist and hairdressing teacher/trainer were just excellent. They worked together to produce exactly what I wanted. An incredible learning experience for the stylist and great hair for me ! 😀👍
