it takes ages, because it’s a training salon mistakes happen, they try very hard, they’re nice and you can tell they care but it’s stressful because you never know what you’ll get.

Booked for full head but was told by stylist she would only do half head, as that was what she was trained for in the appointment time. Discussed what was wanted but stylist didn't stick to what was shown on picture. Had to have a tutor help at the end, as it wasn't what I wanted. They were great about helping to sort it before I left . Been many times and never had an issue previously. Would clarify fully next time about what was being done before they start colouring.
