Unprofessional.
The stylists talked to each other about very inappropriate topics the whole duration of my time at the salon.
I was never asked any questions about my hair.
Stained my blonde hair grey.
I asked for my route colour and they died it a horrible colour far from my natural so I now have to pay over £200 to fix.

Really enjoy going to the salon today the clue is in the name of the salon “Treatwell”staff and stylists talk together and it put you at ease knowing they share the details of how the client want the treatment for her hair

Honestly so impressed with my hair- Indiya put in a lot of hard work& effort and absolutely smashed it. So much talent! Honestly if you’re skeptical of getting your hair done here, don’t be- She honestly made my hair look 10x better than it has at £100+ hair appointments. Unreal value, very clean salon & lovely friendly stylists! :)
