My hair stylist was amazing. She did an amazing job with my cut and style. The colour of the highlights were a little uneven and too light for my liking but I guess I should have been more specific in telling her what I wanted.
My only complaint is the ambience and cleanliness of the place. I know its a training academy but "trainees" should also act in a professional manner in front of paying customers. can't fault the value, you get what you paid for.
Great value for money and a good cut considering it's a training school. It would be beneficial to students and clients though if students were taught about customer interactions and communication as well hair cutting skills.
I had a haircut and full head colour done. The result itself was fine and excellent for such a low price but the place and the service made me not want to come back. I sat in the salon for a long time before anyone paid attention to me. As a result my time at the salon was way longer than it was supposed to be. There was also no communication about what happens next which left me wondering if I have been forgotten or if someone will come back and continue. It seems that my neck was not washed properly as the hair colour patch that was left on it gave me a really sore red rash. I did the mandatory skin test before the appointment which I was told about on the same day they wanted my skin test done. it was pure chance that I had time to go there for that skin test. The guy at the reception did the test and then said nothing about what to do with it. Basically, communication and attention to customers is non existent here. Made me feel really bad.
