When someone eventually arrived at reception, I was told that there was no one available for my appointment! I was asked to come back the following day. l declined. Someone could have phoned, emailed or contacted Treatwell to cancel or rearrange appointment. Not only was my time wasted but I wasn’t given an apology!! Waiting for refund. Total shambles.

I got a blonde balayage done at Michaeljohn Training and they did an absolutely amazing job with my hair!! Both Amy and Kaitlyn were super helpful and really really patient. They listened to my requests really well and explained the coloring process to me in great detail. They always made sure that I was comfortable and I am in love with the results! I would highly recommend this salon!
