Firstly, I wasn’t even asked what I’d like done to my hair, none of the staff approached me at the start which they had done with other clients. I was booked in for full head highlights but they just assumed blonde because j mentioned it to the receptionist downstairs. It took four hours to do the highlights and the two girls weren’t overly friendly they just spoke to each other. I didn’t mind but it made it awkward for me at the start, even if there was a little bit of small talk, but I didn’t even get that. Then there was some drama between the girls and they were in a mood with each other. Honestly I understand it is a learning college but I didn’t enjoy my experience and found it quite unprofessional. My hair didn’t even turn out as I wanted it to, I was really disappointed with my visit. I got a cheap hair do but I’d much rather pay more to get a better service elsewhere.

I received a cut and blow dry by booking an appointment with the app “Treatwell” for £5! I didn’t know I was attending a hairdressers training academy. The reception was hectic and I waited for some time until I was seen, then to be abruptly told I had missed my appointment. After a misunderstanding, I was seen by a lovely stylist. I decided to go ahead and get my hair done here.
I had the stylist, Robin. She was cutting and blowing my hair, she was lovely, courteous and asked for directions from her tutor, when she was unsure. he was also meticulous and precise. She had a polite and easy demeanour. I was satisfied with my results. She took great care into making sure I received my results. Thank you Robin!
