If this is the future hairdressers then it’s looking bleak! Shouted that I’d been given the wrong time appointment and then ignored while waiting for the supposed level 2 trainee. Plenty of staff standing about chatting but little customer interaction. If this is all you can afford go; or save your pennies up and make do with a hat in the meantime.

I was delighted with my hair cut. This was the first time I had been to Michael John. I appreciate with all that is going on that the appointment took longer than it may have done otherwise but I was in no rush. My hairdresser was professional & did a great job!

I will not be returning, even though it was cheap. I think my poor hair cut was due to being rushed as overbooked. It's worse hair cut I've had in a long time unfortunately.
