The service was great and stylist lovely, but sadly she didn't follow my request to cut an inch off. I came away with at least 2 inches off and the cut was wonky (longer on one side than the other and longer at the back) It also didn't seem to be cut evenly, with a strange layered effect on the shorter side. My fringe was trimmed and this wasn't as straight as I'm used to either. I understand she was training, but I asked for a simple one length trim, so I didn't expect this to be a tricky job.

All COVID safety requirements in place .. Mia my stylist started off a little nervous but grew in confidence during my blow dry with pin curls for a fantastic curly wavy bouncy low dry ... Not afraid to ask tutor Paulette for advice throughout and I think she too was very happy with the result.I had it done on Thursday and reluctantly shampooed on Monday evening, my hair was still full and bouncy but getting greasy .. Highly recommended and will return when a time slot suits me Well done Mia.
