Carnessa (sorry if spelt it wrong) was absolutely wonderful to speak to, the natter we had really cheered me up whilst I'm struggling with mental health right now. She did a good job whilst she's training. The only thing I didn't like was that I asked for a lot off and I didn't get that, I felt too awkward to keep asking. Thank you for a lovely chat, it meant a lot to me :) best of luck for the future! 💕

Hair looked lovely after my trim - wish I'd asked for a bit more off but that's my own fault. Stylist blowdried my hair straight and it looked really healthy by the end of my appointment. Salon was kept clean and tidy although there were lots of customers in at the one time. The tutors seemed to run the place in military fashion - I wish they'd ran me through what to expect as this was my first time. My stylist also came across a bit shy which was a shame I'd have liked more of a conversation.
