To be fair, you get what you pay for and this is no exception. The reason I was happy to go for something super cheap was because I literally wanted an inch trim nothing more, however the result is really very poor; nothing is connected, blunt edges that look like a child did it, different lengths etc. Like, it's really really bad. I'm not super precious about my hair so it's not the end of the world but I wouldn't recommend this if you are!

Had a great experience at Michael John Hairdressing - great value for money and very attentive staff. Despite being a training school, the quality of the Stylist work was comparable to a professional and expensive salon. On the plus side, there is teachers / senior staff walking around all the time to make sure all runs smooth. Defo recommended and would go back.

Service and result wasn't awful, but there were some things that could have gone better. I didn't feel completely listened to, stylist didn't seem very thorough and didn't ask questions that I'd expect to be asked and I had to fill in the blanks. I felt the treatment was a little rushed and I had to finish off the colour at home as it wasn't left on long enough and bottles instructions ignored (took colour in, which was applied after they'd bleached) Cut into hairline when cutting fringe too.
