Hair looked lovely after my trim - wish I'd asked for a bit more off but that's my own fault. Stylist blowdried my hair straight and it looked really healthy by the end of my appointment. Salon was kept clean and tidy although there were lots of customers in at the one time. The tutors seemed to run the place in military fashion - I wish they'd ran me through what to expect as this was my first time. My stylist also came across a bit shy which was a shame I'd have liked more of a conversation.

Not sure I got stylist 8 as they pick which hairdresser goes to who on the day. I asked to cut 1-2 inches off to get rid of the dry ends & some shaping around the front. I asked for the shaping to start at my shoulder & gradually make its way to the length of the rest of my hair, but they just cut it in a straight line at my shoulder? Im also not sure anything was really cut off as my hair looks & feels the same. So now I have 2 very short front pieces on either side & maybe 1cm cut off the rest

The stylist I had was a lovely girl polite and good at cutting only few issues with the cut that is to be expected she was a student .But my overall experience was terrible due to the tutor being aggressive when combing and cutting my hair.To the extreme point that she caught my ear so many times it bled and she physically CUT OFF my necklace I received no apology only a " I've cut your necklace off" overall I thought her service and attitude was appalling I will not be back
