It was my first visit to Michael John. I wanted some advice and a colour on my grey/white hair. I went on the wrong day to have highlights, but got good advice from the trainer who was very professional and took his time going through the options I had. I couldn't have highlights this time, but had got good advice on choosing a toner, which I'm really pleased with. The students, Heidi and Demi were very thorough and friendly. I love the colour and it was styled and straightened how I wanted it.
