Clean salon but totally ruined my
Mums hair, she had gorgeous blonde highlights and came in for a root colour and they just dyed it all black and ruined the highlights. In addition there was dye all over her ears and skin, super disappointing

It was my first visit to Michael John. I wanted some advice and a colour on my grey/white hair. I went on the wrong day to have highlights, but got good advice from the trainer who was very professional and took his time going through the options I had. I couldn't have highlights this time, but had got good advice on choosing a toner, which I'm really pleased with. The students, Heidi and Demi were very thorough and friendly. I love the colour and it was styled and straightened how I wanted it.
