My roots looked yellow rather than blonde. I accept the girls are learning and that's why it is cheap. They really did try their best and are still training so dont really blame them but when the assessor says its a lovely colour the lights are just harsh... it was yellow! The girls did put a toner on which helped a little. They were more interested in talking with each other than to me. I've had my hair coloured here before with no issues. This was just one bad experience.

Micheal John's hairdressers is the only hairdresser I will go to I've been comming here for about 15 years I have never had any problem the I have see different staff and all have been present and done a good job and the price is brilliant I'm realy happy going there
