I had Saulo this time, but generally get a different trainee each time. I’ve never had a bad cut or colour (been going over a year) but have seen one woman return to get her colour ‘corrected’- she was confusing and clearly couldn’t express herself well.
If you can communicate well, are not there for the gossip and are more interested in a great cut or colour (for cheap too) then this is deffo the place for you.
