Good value for money, Molly is very talented. But the place is cold and unwelcoming. The staff a bit disorganised, you need to wait for a hairdresser, and then for the washing station, then for a comb/ clip to be found.

Very good, explained everything well and listened well to what I wanted however my hair came out a lot lighter than I asked for and was more like a full colour than a balayage with depth.
