Booked in on treatwell. Was late fue to traffic issue. Rang to check it was still ok to attend and told it was. When we arrived - myself and daughter had booked in, it was an issue as not enough learners in for the appts booked. Staff were accomodating and managed to fit us in; my daughter with another learner, and myself by the tutor as a demo lesson. Very pleased with service on this occassion, as previously have been turned away due to learners not attending.
