This is a lovely salon, the staff are extremely welcoming, they can't do enough for you. Everyone is really friendly, the stylists take their time to introduce themselves to clients and make sure they get to know exactly what it is the client would like. Harry was fantastic, nothing is too much trouble. The tea/coffee and cake is an added bonus! I've been to this salon (and the one on the Strand) many times and would not hesitate to continue to come here. Thanks!

Wax was okay but quite painful and the therapist did not take care to remove every hair - I had to go home and tweeze a lot myself

All staff very friendly. Harry extremely competent and made sure exsctly what i wanted before starting. Also made sure I was comfortable in chair.
