A good haircut, staff running behind but apologetic for this and I had a beer whilst waiting which took the edge off. The salon itself could do with a bit of love, looks a bit dated and not as upmarket as they are pitching themselves. The bathroom had a filthy sink and the taps were cheap and poorly fitted.

Harry was really lovely and easy to talk to. He gave me the best head massage! And a lovely hairstyle at the end of it. Very happy!

Great experience, the therapist was lovely . The only down side is that I had to wait for 30min. Beautiful new space.

My hair has never been cut so well before. I highly recomnend Harry at Michael Franks. He listens carefully and is thoroughly focused on his work which is always of a high standard.
