Sam is the ultimate professional, from the minute I walk in the door, he is most attentive,professional and a fabulous hairstylist. I could not praise him enough. I am so pleased with my colour, cut and finish, it is just exactly what I wanted, he helps with his expert advice and he is very knowledgeable about colours, conditioners etc. Thank you Sam for a wonderful experience. I must also add, I have never been disappointed with any if the stylists there and I have been using Michael Frank's for a couple of years now.
