This was a perfect visit, the staff were super friendly from start to finish and were very considerate of covid measures. Thomas talked me through how he could what I wanted and absolutely nailed it! A pleasure to chat to and even offered to let me nap when I told him I hadn't slept. Fantastic team member and I love my hair too. Thanks Tom! :D
